    Our MMEWP are independent of the hangar structure and designed for both MRO and painting.     Cleveland Tramrail (CT-Tracks)

    As a partner for "Cleveland Tramrail" products from the Gorbel company, we are your contact for the special crane rail system, also known as "CT-Track", which stands for maximum load capacity and durability and, last but not least, is far superior to the commercially available "carriers" in terms of safety and their areas of application. In addition, an optional, movable suspension system guarantees less wear and tear and thus not only minimises maintenance costs, but also demonstrably reduces the total cost of ownership (TCO) of your investment. It is therefore our claim to provide you with this economical and very efficient crane rail solution for your special application and to stand by your side as a loyal and fair partner in the long term. The rail is manufactured under constant quality control and consists of a lower rail, which is made of tempered steel C60 according to DIN EN 10083, material number 1.0601, a central web and an upper flange made of S355. Thus we guarantee the delivery of a crane rail for highest demands, tailored to your needs.

    Milling / Depaneling

    • The MERGEN Depaneling machines are developed, to separate PCB´s of different materials, stress free and almost dust free and without any damage, either mechanically or through electrostatic discharge. Depending on the requirements, sawing or milling process will be available. The MERGEN depaneling machines with their highly dynamic linear motor axes have been developed for special requirements with very strict tolerance limits. The separation of PCB´s can be realized with tolerances of less than ± 0.05mm. Also frameless products can be separated with the MDM1250. During the entire process, the wear of the milling tool is compensated and monitored to realize the high quality and long tool life time.

    The development of the Milling was supported by ZIM and BWK.

    Our stands & docks are hangar-independent and stand for Smart MRO & Painting, which in addition to future setup times, also reduces the cost of your hangar construction by up to 40% for new builds. The painting results are no longer affected by falling dust and abrasion from the crane runways and docks.
